Severe Weather Warning for Heavy Rainfall

HEAVY RAINFALL which may lead to FLASH FLOODING is possible about the warning area. Six-hourly rainfall totals between 40 to 60 mm are possible. 24-hourly rainfall totals between 60 and 80mm are possible. Heavy rainfall is expected to ease by this evening. Flood Watches and Warnings are current for the area. Please refer to https://www.bom.gov.au/weather-and-climate/warnings-and-alerts/ for more information. Locations which may be affected include Shepparton, Seymour, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Echuca and Kerang. Severe weather is no longer occurring in the Central and Wimmera districts and the warning for these districts is CANCELLED. 79 MM WAS RECORDED AT TUTYE IN THE 6 HOURS TO 4:59 AM. 48 mm was recorded at Kyabram in the 6 hours to 10:33am. 47.2 mm was recorded at Birchup in the 4 hours to 5:55 am. 51.6 mm was recorded at Mildura in the 4 hours and 30 minutes to 5:30 am. 59 mm was recorded at Walpeup in the 6 hours to 5:11 am.
Sheep Graziers Warning

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, very heavy rain and showers and easterly winds are expected during Monday. Areas likely to be affected include the Northern Country forecast district and parts of the Mallee, North Central and North East forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
