For CENTRAL GREAT DIVIDING RANGE AND SOUTHEASTERN AREAS including SYDNEY HARBOUR, BLUE MOUNTAINS, ILLAWARRA AND WOLLONGONG: Strong to DAMAGING WINDS averaging 55 to 65 km/h with peak gusts around 90 km/h are possible, easing below warning thresholds during the evening. For NORTHEASTERN AREAS: Strong to DAMAGING WINDS averaging 55 to 65 km/h with peak gusts around 90 km/h are likely, easing into the early hours of Thursday morning. Locations which may be affected include Wollongong, Nowra, Katoomba, Bowral, Drake and Ebor. Sheep Graziers Warning

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and westerly winds are expected during Wednesday and Thursday. Areas likely to be affected include the Southern Tablelands, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts and parts of the Northern Tablelands, Illawarra, South Coast, Central Tablelands and Riverina forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
