DAMAGING WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts around 100 km/h are likely to develop about the Main Range, Granite Belt, Scenic Rim and adjacent eastwards slopes tonight, persisting through Wednesday.
Subject to the position and strength of the low pressure system, DAMAGING WINDS may persist for parts of southeast Queensland through to Thursday.
Locations which may be affected include Stanthorpe, Springbrook and Crows Nest.
