Frosts with temperatures down to -1 degrees are forecast for Saturday morning in parts of the Mallee, Wimmera, Northern Country, North Central, South West, Central, West and South Gippsland and East Gippsland forecast districts.

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures and northerly winds are expected during Saturday, with showers developing at night. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the North East, South West, Central, West and South Gippsland and East Gippsland forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
