Locally strong winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS of around 90 km/h are possible over the eastern ranges above 1200 metres from this afternoon, easing shortly after sunrise during Wednesday morning. Locations which may be affected include Mt Baw Baw, Falls Creek, Mt Hotham.
