DAMAGING NORTHWEST TO WESTERLY WINDS averaging 50 to 65 km/h with peak gusts in excess of 90 km/h are possible about the Flinders Ranges and parts of the North East Pastoral. Winds are expected to ease below warning thresholds by early Saturday afternoon.
DAMAGING WEST TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS averaging 55 to 65 km/h with peak gusts of around 90 km/h are possible over western and central parts of the state evening. Winds are expected to ease below warning thresholds from the west of the area during this evening, and through central parts during early Saturday morning.
Locations which may be affected include Coober Pedy, Roxby Downs, Leigh Creek, Oodnadatta, Marree and Hawker.
Severe weather is no longer occurring in the West Coast district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED.
93 km/h wind gust was recorded at Cleve Airport at 6:11 am.

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, rain and showers and westerly winds are expected during Friday and Saturday. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the Mount Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Flinders, Mid North and Lower South East forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
