For SNOWY MOUNTAINS above 1400 metres: DAMAGING WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts in excess of 90 km/h are possible during Monday morning.
For ALPINE AREAS above 1900 metres: DAMAGING WINDS averaging 80 to 90 km/h are likely with peak gusts up to 125 km/h possible during Monday morning.
For the SOUTHERN and CENTRAL TABLELANDS: Strong to DAMAGING WINDS averaging 50 to 65 km/h with peak gusts of around 90 km/h are possible from early this morning.
Winds are expected to ease from this morning over the southern warning area and by midday over the northern warning area.
Locations which may be affected include Goulburn, Braidwood, Oberon, Crookwell, Mount Ginini and Jindabyne.
