Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Orange, Canberra, Goulburn, Dubbo, Mudgee and Cooma. Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Lower Western district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED. 100 km/h wind gust was recorded at West Wyalong at 12:31 pm. 94 km/h wind gust was recorded at Narrandera Airport at 11:39 am. 91 km/h wind gust was recorded at Wilcannia Airport at 6:43 am.
