For SNOWY MOUNTAINS above 1400 metres: DAMAGING WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts in excess of 90 km/h are possible during Monday morning.
For ALPINE AREAS above 1900 metres: DAMAGING WINDS averaging 80 to 90 km/h are possible.
For the SOUTHERN and CENTRAL TABLELANDS: Strong to DAMAGING WINDS averaging 50 to 65 km/h with peak gusts of around 90 km/h are possible.
Winds are expected to ease by around midday over the warning area.
Locations which may be affected include Goulburn, Braidwood, Oberon, Crookwell, Mount Ginini and Jindabyne.
