Severe Weather Warning for Damaging Wind

DAMAGING WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts of around 90 km/h are possible throughout the central ranges from early Wednesday morning. After sunrise these winds may extend into Melbourne and parts of the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas. Winds are expected to ease during the afternoon. Locations which may be affected include Melbourne, Yarra Glen, Mt Baw Baw and Rosebud.
