In east central Georgia, Emanuel, Glascock, Greene, Hancock, Jefferson, Johnson, Taliaferro, Treutlen, Warren, Washington and Wilkes. In southeast Georgia, Toombs. * WHEN...Through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall from slow moving thunderstorms is expected this afternoon through tomorrow. Widespread totals of 1-3" are expected, with isolated areas seeing up to 5" of rainfall.
