* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river will occur,
and bike trails along the river will be flooded with up to 2 feet
of water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 31.3 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
morning.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...White Rock Creek near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 90.0 feet, Major flooding will occur along the creek.
Fair Oaks Ave near the bridge will start to flood. Park and
playground east of Abrams Rd will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 86.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 84.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 89.4
feet late this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
this afternoon.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following
counties, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant.

* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain
due to thunderstorms. Rain gauge reports indicate up to 2
inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Roads, low lying
and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand
Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson,
Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Euless,
Desoto and Bedford.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
