* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
steep wind-driven seas 9 to 10 ft Sunday night into Monday
morning. Winds becoming south 20 to 30 with gusts up to 35 kt
and wind-driven seas becoming very steep and hazardous 12 to 15
ft by Monday afternoon.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...The Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 10 PM Sunday
to 10 AM PST Monday, followed by a Hazardous Seas Warning from
10 AM to 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
