The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 11 AM CDT /10 AM MDT/ to 10 PM CDT /9 PM MDT/ Sunday.

* WINDS...Southerly at 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent.

* AFFECTED AREA...Western and much of central North Dakota.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.

* AFFECTED AREA...Parts of central North Dakota.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
