During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 AM EST Monday with the largest waves expected around. * IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A few gusts to 60 MPH are expected. * WHERE...All of southeast Michigan. * WHEN...Until 9 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow today will worsen the travel conditions.
