Extensive flooding continues along East 96th, 116th, 122nd, 126th, and 146th Streets in Hamilton County. Many evacuations are necessary. Flooding of southwest Noblesville west of 4th Street. Noblesville Wastewater Treatment Plant is underwater. In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall is expected early tomorrow morning which could lead to additional flooding. Tipton County in central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 822 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 1 to 3 inches earlier today, on top of several inches of rain in recent days. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield, Cicero, Fortville, Sheridan, Arcadia, Atlanta, Sharpsville, Kempton and Morse Reservoir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
