between 1 and 4 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 3 AM CST Sunday through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery
road conditions. Whiteout conditions may make travel extremely
dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for possible blizzard conditions. Continue to monitor the
