* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River of the North at Fargo.

* WHEN...From Monday evening to Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. Elm St between 14th and 15th
Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning
to operate (Fargo).

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 18.5 feet early Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
