Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river is moving into the area through this evening. Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast with rates of 0.25"-0.50" is possible. Total rain amounts between Saturday evening and Sunday evening are forecast to reach 2 to 4 inches. -The heaviest amounts are forecast to fall in western and southern Siskiyou County and includes Sawyers Bar, McCloud and Dunsmuir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
