* WHERE...Portions of Josephine and Jackson Counties. This includes
the Rogue, Illinois, and Applegate Valleys and the communities of
Grants Pass, Obrien, Cave Junction, Applegate, Ruch, Jacksonville,
Medford, Ashland, Shady Cove and Rogue River.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
