...EXTREME COLD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 degrees below
zero.

* WHERE...Koochiching, Itasca, Central and North St. Louis Counties.
This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Nett Lake,
Lake Vermilion and, Deer Creek areas. Other locations including
Voyageurs National Park. This also includes the Boundary Waters
western area.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 degrees
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
