* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:05 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:05 AM EDT Wednesday was 14.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 8.2 feet Monday
morning.
