mph Tuesday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values 9 to 16 percent today and 11
to 16 percent on Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

* WHEN...From noon to 7 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways,
including I-25.
