* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from 9 AM this
morning to midnight MDT tonight. For the second Red Flag
Warning, from 9 AM Saturday to midnight MDT Saturday night.

* WINDS...Southwest 22 to 35 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent.

* IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch
and spread rapidly and erratically.
