Northeastern Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 652 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move back across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
