* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Washington,
including the following areas, in central Washington, Kittitas
Valley, Simcoe Highlands and Yakima Valley. In south central
Washington, Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest
and Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high
and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Flooding is expected to continue on the Naches and Yakima
Rivers.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding along the Yakima River at Easton.

- At 318 AM PST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is already occurring in the warned area. Between 4 and 6
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible
in the warned area over the next 24 hours.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
mainly rural areas of Northwestern Kittitas County along the
Yakima River at Easton.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations is imminent or occurring. Heavy rain and river flooding
will lead to minor inundation of residential and agricultural
areas. River flooding may lead to water over roads and impact
low-lying roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 318 AM PST, The public reported flooding in Elk Meadows
along the Yakima River and nearby small streams. Flooding is
ongoing. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the
last 24 hours.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Big Creek, Little Creek and Yakima River.
Additional rainfall amounts of 2.5 to 4.5 inches are possible
in the warned area through Friday morning.
