Minor flooding of homes in low lying areas along Timberlane Drive, and River Road between 80th Avenue and M66 also occurs. High water levels also begin to impact the Evart Water Treatment Plant. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
