...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING... The remnants of tropical cyclone Mario will bring isolated to scattered thunderstorms through Thursday night, with the best chance on Thursday starting in the early morning. Any storm could briefly produce lightning, gusty erratic winds, and choppy seas. Mariners are urged to monitor this unfolding weather pattern, stay tuned to updates, and prepare to adjust plans accordingly.

Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
