...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING
TO 6 PM PST SUNDAY...

* Waves and Surf...5 to 8 feet in San Diego County, and 5 to 7
feet in Orange County.

* Timing...Late Friday night through Sunday, with highest surf
Saturday.

* Tides...La Jolla high tide Saturday of 5.8 feet at 852 AM,
followed by a low tide of -0.9 feet at 359 PM.

* Impacts...Dangerous swimming conditions and a high risk of rip
currents. Local beach erosion possible. Always swim near a
lifeguard!

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Surf Advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area...producing localized beach erosion and
dangerous swimming conditions.
