...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY... ...LOW WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM MONDAY TO 6 PM CST TUESDAY... * WHAT...For the Gale Warning, north winds around 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and very rough bay waters expected. For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected. * WHERE...Galveston Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon CST Monday. For the Low Water Advisory, from 3 AM Monday to 6 PM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low water may continue to linger beyond the Tuesday low tide cycle, and the advisory may need to be expected. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
