* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles
northeast of Newville floods. Agricultural and low lands flood
along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

- At 9:40 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:40 AM EDT Tuesday was 13.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 7.2 feet
