Broward County through 445 PM EDT...

At 409 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm near East Toll Gate On Alligator Alley, or 11
miles west of Pembroke Pines, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Sunrise, Weston, Cooper City,
Intersection I-75 And Griffin Road, Pine Island Ridge, and Sunshine
Acres.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These winds can down small tree limbs and branches, and blow around
unsecured small objects. Seek shelter in a safe building until the
storm passes.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following
areas, Coastal Broward County, Coastal Miami Dade County, Coastal
Palm Beach County, Metro Broward County, Metro Palm Beach County
and Metropolitan Miami Dade.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A widespread 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has already fallen
across the east coast metro areas through this morning. With
additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms anticipated,
an additional widespread 1 to 2 inches of rainfall remains
possible through Wednesday evening. Localized higher amounts
of 3 to 5 inches will be possible where the stronger storms
set up or where multiple rounds of heavy downpours occur.
