Winds will decrease but remain elevated after midnight through Saturday morning, increasing once again to southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph by late Saturday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 to 10 percent Friday afternoon and evening and 10 to 15 percent Saturday afternoon and evening. Little to no recovery Friday night. * IMPACTS...This is a Particularly Dangerous Situation. Extreme fire weather conditions are expected. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... This is a Particularly Dangerous Situation that poses a significant threat to life and property in the event of a wildfire start or with an existing fire. Residents are urged to assemble an emergency supply kit and know their evacuation routes. In some cases, safe and timely evacuation may not be possible should a fire approach.
