Windy, Wet Weekend Across Great Lakes, Northeast

We are tracking two systems that will impact the Great Lakes and Northeast this weekend. The first round of rain and snow will move in Friday, so rain will impact the Friday evening commute along Interstate 95. We will have better chances for snow with the second system, which could bring up to 3-5 inches in Green Bay, Milwaukee and Marquette Saturday into Sunday. The second round of rain moves into the Northeast Saturday with any snow confined to upstate New York and the higher elevations of New England. Winds will also be gusty all weekend.
