... Low water advisory in effect until noon CST Monday...

The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a low
water advisory, which is in effect until noon CST Monday.

* Winds... winds increasing to 15 to 25 knots with gusts to
35 knots.

* Waves/seas... extremely rough.

persisting through Monday morning.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
