==Discussion==

The snow will be back on Tuesday.

A Colorado low will affect southern Quebec on Tuesday. Snow, at
times heavy and possibly mixed with ice pellets, will begin
gradually Tuesday morning over southwestern Quebec. The snow will
then move into the other regions of central and eastern Quebec on
Tuesday afternoon and evening. Significant amounts of snow, along
with blowing snow, are expected in a number of regions of Quebec on
Tuesday.

The poor weather conditions could cause transportation delays.
