... High Wind Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST this
afternoon...

* winds: southwest to west at 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 60
mph.

* Timing: strong winds will persist through this afternoon before
diminishing this evening.

* Impacts: travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Isolated tree and power line damage may occur, leading
to power outages. Some drifting and blowing snow may occur,
creating slick, snow-covered roads.
