Special Weather Statement
Issued: Environment Canada
Special Weather Statement issued by Environment. 05:59 PM EDT Thursday 22 June 2017.
A disturbance developing over the American plains will bring rain and thunderstorms for the day before Saint-Jean over the province of Quebec. Precipitation will begin sporadically overnight tonight over Western Quebec and spread towards the Quebec City area Friday and reach Eastern Quebec the following night.

The onset of the precipitation will fall as more or less continuous rain. Following the outset of a warm and very humid area Friday morning, Southern Quebec will see showers or thunderstorms which could give locally more than 40 mm of rain.

Conditions on Saturday will be more favourable for bonfires over most areas mentionned in this bulletin.
