... Spotty freezing rain this morning in northern Connecticut and
the Connecticut River valley of Massachusetts...

Temperatures across northern Connecticut and the Connecticut
River valley of Massachusetts were in the lower to mid 30s this
morning. A few spots were still below freezing as of 710 am which
means that rain will freeze on untreated surfaces in those areas,
especially at elevations at or above 700 feet.

Temperatures should rise above freezing throughout northern
Connecticut and the Connecticut River valley by 10 am, ending the
freezing rain threat.
