* at 515 PM EDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly. Street flooding in St. Albans is likely. Heavy
rain will continue across southern Franklin County into western
Orleans and northern LaMoille counties and produce flash flooding
in those areas.

storm.
