Crawford County in southwestern Wisconsin...
Richland County in southwestern Wisconsin...

* until 830 am CDT Wednesday

* at 226 am CDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Prairie Du Chien... Richland Center... Boscobel... Clayton...
Westport... Excelsior... Bridgeport... Lone Rock... Seneca...
Rockbridge... Wauzeka... Avoca... Ithaca... Soldiers Grove... Orion...
Sylvan... Gays Mills... Eastman... De Soto and Mount Sterling.

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock... mud... vegetation
and other loose materials.

higher amounts possible.

* Be especially cautious at night when its harder to recognize
flooding.
