... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 am PDT Wednesday...

* winds and timing... areas of northwest to north winds 20 to 35 mph with
gusts between 45 and 55 mph. The strongest winds will be below
and through passes and canyons, especially during the late afternoon
and nighttime hours.

* Impacts... gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. This includes highways 101... 154...
and 192 as well as the Gaviota and San Marcos passes.
