Wednesday
West of The Big Island, south winds 10 knots in the morning becoming variable less than 10 knots. Near South Point, east winds 10 knots rising to 20 knots in the afternoon. Wind waves 4 feet. East swell 6 feet. Swell northwest 3 feet. Scattered showers.

Winds variable less than 10 knots west of The Big Island...east 15 knots near South Point. Wind waves 3 feet. East swell 7 feet. Scattered showers.

* Winds... north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or greater are expected to produce conditions
hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
