Northeast wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts to around 35 knots rising to up to 30 knots with gusts to around 35 knots early in the morning. Snow and light sleet early in the evening. Rain through the night. Slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 4 to 6 feet building to 6 to 8 feet.
Friday
Northeast wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots becoming 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around 25 knots early in the afternoon, then backing north 10 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. Rain in the morning. Slight chance of thunderstorms through the day. Chance of rain in the afternoon. Waves 6 to 8 feet subsiding to 4 to 6 feet.
Friday Night
North wind 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15 to 25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots. Rain likely and slight chance of snow through around midnight, then snow with possible rain and freezing rain after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 3 to 4 feet in the late evening and early morning, then building to 3 to 5 feet early in the morning.
Saturday
Northwest wind up to 30 knots becoming west 15 to 25 knots in the afternoon. Gusts up to 35 knots. Chance of snow in the morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet in the late morning and early afternoon, then subsiding to 3 to 4 feet late in the afternoon.

* winds: northeast 15 to 25 knots... and up to 30 knots this
evening. Frequent gale gusts up to 35 knots will occur later
tonight. Winds backing north to northwest 15 to 25 knots
Friday into Friday night... lingering into Saturday night.

* Waves: building to 6 to 9 feet tonight into Friday morning.
Waves 3 to 5 feet are expected later Friday... and 3 to 4 feet
Friday night into Saturday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occuring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
Harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
