Southwest wind up to 30 knots diminishing to 15 to 25 knots with gale force gusts up to 35 knots late. Cloudy. Showers likely through mid afternoon, then a chance of showers late. Waves building to 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.
Friday Night
Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots. Partly cloudy with a slight chance of rain showers. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
Saturday
Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 33 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain showers through early afternoon, then a chance of snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers by mid afternoon. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.

* Wind and waves during the Small Craft Advisory... expect
sustained winds of up to 28 knots from the southwest, with
gusts up to 35 knots. The largest expected significant waves
will be 7 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 10 feet
possible.

* Timing... the maximum winds are expected around 11 am EDT
Friday with the largest waves expected around 3 PM EDT Friday.
