Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet with occasional seas up to 6 feet. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms early in the evening, then a chance of showers late in the evening. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.

South winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 feet. A chance of showers early in the morning. A slight chance of thunderstorms. A slight chance of showers in the late morning and afternoon.

* winds... tropical storm conditions will persist through Wednesday
morning. Maximum winds of 20 to 30 knots with higher gusts to
around 40 knots.

* Seas and bays... rough with tropical storm conditions ongoing
through the night over southern Galveston Bay by the North Jetty
and points offshore from Freeport northward towards High Island.

* Seas... 8 to 10 feet... building to 10 to 12 feet at times. The
highest waves are expected to be more towards the open Gulf
between Freeport and High Island.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Tropical Storm Warning means sustained winds of 34 to 63 kt are
expected due to a tropical cyclone Harvey.

should slowly improve through tonight but remain rough.

* Seas... 5 to 8 feet... building to 10 to 12 feet at times. The
highest waves are expected to be more towards the open Gulf
between Freeport and High Island.

expected due to a tropical cyclone within 36 hours.
