Arctic Blast Will Be Felt All The Way To Florida

Cold and windy weather will be felt across the eastern half of the U.S. as we head into the New Year’s holiday. Subzero wind chills will be felt across the upper Midwest and interior portions of the Northeast in places like Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit and Buffalo.
