Much like October, temperatures are likely to be several degrees above average in the nation’s Heartland this November.

The first system will move across the Great Lakes into New England on Monday, bringing a chance for rain and wind. Many dry out on Tuesday, but the wind will still be an issue. The next clipper system will bring more wind and rain to these same areas on Wednesday.
