An unsettled weekend is in the forecast across the Northeast as the next storm system brings the chance for rain, accumulating snow and ice. Rain will overspread the region late Saturday changing to a mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow across parts of Upstate New York, Vermont and New Hampshire Saturday night into Sunday morning.
