For the third year in a row, flash floods tore through parts of Vermont on the day of July 10th, damaging homes and roads in a now tragically familiar pattern. Small towns across the state are still recovering from millions of dollars in damage caused by previous floods, as Vermont faces another heartbreak and cleanup following severe thunderstorms.
The majority of the country is facing a warm and dry end to summer and beginning to fall, but hopefully the Gulf Coast is excited for a cooler and damper outlook.
