Such luck to capture these little birds, wonderful series! I've never seen any boreals, there aren't any in lower Michigan.

Thank you so much for taking a look and taking the time to comment Donna, Pam and Gene.

Set your camera on 'burst' Gene, and fire away!

(he wouldn't make much of a mouthful, maybe like Tweety-bird!)

Awwww, so cute I could just stick him right in my mouth! :D

Looked fast, thought at first the title was "Bored Chickadee". :D

I've rarely seen some chickadees around here, but *never* a titmouse. Only a few years ago when stranded at my sister's place. T'other day, I see one land right on the clothesline like 2' from where I was standing, looking out the door!

Saw him a few more times, so hopefully he'll be a regular, 'though dunno if I'll snag the right timing to get a decent pic of him.

Thank you Gil, Sharon and Lori.

Gil, that's not blue sky behind him, it's *shudder* snow beyond him, in shadow.

I've lived in Alaska since 1969. I love this wild land. The extremes of the far north shape and affect every living thing. Extremes of weather, elevation, daylight hours, isolation, flora and fauna, nothing in Nature is insignificant.I have a Davis Vantage Pro weather station, uploading to Wunderground, (Turks on the Tundra) the National Weather Service, the Citizen Weather Observation Program and MADIS (Meteorological Assimilation Data Ingest System).
